Zooper Waltz Stroller, Olive Waves Reviews
11 of 11 people found the following review helpful Going on nine months...great stroller, October 29, 2009 By This review is from: Zooper Waltz Stroller (Baby Product) Like most new mothers I fretted over which stroller to purchase. I did a ton of research. I found the book Baby Bargains very helpful in terms of selecting a stroller. Our criteria - we wanted something that had all the bells and whistles but was small and compact. We considered the Chicco and Graco travel systems. Both great but when we tried them in-store they seemed bulky and heavy. In addition, I wanted something more stylish. We looked at the Uppa Baby. A friend raved about it but at $500+ it was hard to justify purchasing. We actually tried the Zooper because the salesperson recommended it. It was smaller/more compact than the travel systems, had lot's great features, easy to open/close, good maneuverability, and most importantly - stylish. We've had the Zooper for nine months now and love it. It is a great stroller and we always get lot's of compliments on it. The one latch release to open the stroller is great. It's also easy to close. Sometimes when closing it catches on the... Read more
6 of 6 people found the following review helpful Specs are not accurate, June 16, 2010 By Judy (Little Rock, AR USA) - See all my reviews Amazon Verified Purchase This review is from: Zooper Waltz Stroller (Baby Product) I just received the zooper waltz and took it out of the box. Boy... it it short!! My 19 month-old boy is skinny for his age and average height for his age. The zooper waltz is too short for him! The seat is roomy sideways but when he leans back on the seat, his torso is longer than the backrest. The specs says it is suitable for from birth to 55 LBs. Well, I think while the frame is sturdy enough for a 55 LB child the size of the seat is too short for my 19 month 24 LB boy. Also, he seems cramped and uncomfortable because there is not a lot of room after the child tray is installed. Did I get a defective unit? On the other hand, I think Zooper waltz is great for infant because the seat reclines to COMPLETE FLAT(very very flat). I have a Zooper twist, which is actually more your toddler umbrella stroller, but it doesn't have a child tray. Here are pros and cons of zooper:
Pros:
excellent value: it comes with footmuff, parent cup holder, rain cover,... Read more
5 of 5 people found the following review helpful We love Zoopers!!!, August 7, 2009 This review is from: Zooper Waltz Stroller, Red Waves (Baby Product) We love our Zooper stroller. For our older son we had an older model Zooper (he is now 6) (we went through a Graco Travel System and several umbrellas before we found Zooper) and I didn't want anything else for the next one. We still have the older Zooper and plan to use it for trips and such but wanted a newer one for everyday use. It is fantastic, easy to use, lightweight and comes with all the bells and whistles you usually have to pay extra for. The best features in comparison to other strollers of the same type are the cushy seat that makes naptime in strollers very easy, the extended canopy to completely block the sun if needed, the infant car seat compatibility, and bonus items (comes with a rain shield, sun shield, and winter boot). You can also convert the seat to a psuedo-bassinet when fully reclined by zipping up the foot rest. I can't say enough good things about this product which we loved 6 years ago and has only gotten better!
