I bought Teutonia T-150 Stroller Chassis with Explore Wheels and T-Carrycot for my baby who is due in May.
The chassis are really sturdy, super easy to push and maneuver. I test drove all over my apartment and building and the stroller went through the most tight places and it squeezed nicely everywhere because it is just 21 inch wide. It is compact enough to turn in a small elevator and the ride is very smooth.
However, I had to return it. It is heavy and has 2-piece fold (like Bugaboo Camelion). We decided to move to NYC and I will take a lot of public transportation there, so, I expect It would be helpful to fold my stroller sometimes. It was tough decision but I sent it back.
If you are going to do a lot of walking and won't be asked to fold your stroller on the bus (in NYC it is the law to fold your stroller!) you should go for it.
